We have a problem residents. It's a problem that's gone from bad to worse to intolerable!
We have been hit with multiple snow storms over the last several weeks, and because cars are still being left out on the road, the plow drivers have deliberately avoided cleaning out our streets. In fact, the problem has become so bad that we are going to be enlisting

the help of our C.O.P. officer to begin issuing citations to cars left on the road. It's just not fair to the majority of residents that have to suffer because someone doesn't care who they inconvenience. Just don't be surprised when you see that citation on your car! We also have had problems with cars parked in front of resident's mailboxes. And snow not being cleared
|

|

around group distribution mailboxes. One resident slipped and fell when trying to recover their mail because a vehicle blocked the way! If group mailboxes are on your easement, it's the property owner's responsibility to keep it clear. We all need to respect each other and need to show consideration as well! Please Roxborough, let's all be good neighbors!

Annual Roxborough Meeting
Welcomed New Officers!
Our annual meeting was held on Thursday January 3rd & much was discussed! We reviewed all that was accomplished during 2001, and talked about the expenses we will be incurring on the sprinkler system in the future. We voted on the new budget for 2002, and voted to assess a late fee on dues not paid on time. We elected 3 new directors to the Roxborough Homeowner's Association Board. We bid farewell to 3 volunteers; Pat McDaniels served his term as Association President. Pat did much in steering the way to making our neighborhood a better place! Thank you so much Pat! Karen Christoffersen served her term as RV Parking Manager. Karen did a wonderful job in making sure that member's RV's were safe and sound! Thank you Karen! Lynn Merritt also completed his term as Neighborhood Lighting Manager. Thanks again to all of these individuals. New board members are elected to 3 year terms, this years newly elected directors are new to the board & the neighborhood. Eric Nugent, Jackie VanEtten & Brian Pugh. We know they will contribute many new ideas to the Board. Dax Shane was elected President, Doyle Sturm was elected Vice-President. The new jobs of the Board of Directors are on the right with their phone numbers. Please cut this out for future reference.
