A Reminder!!!!
(This is why the Newsletter is early this month.)
We
would like to increase the involvement of our residents participating
in the Neighborhood Roxborough Park Sale. We encourage everyone to consider
cleaning up a few dusty items you haven’t used for a few years and
set up a booth at the park (or even out of your own yard or garage) even
if it is only for a few hours. (FYI: Food and Drink sell very well.)
The Board purchased a new banner and have placed it on the fence by Truman Elementary to try to attract some more traffic to our neighborhood on Saturday. An ad will be placed (as always) in the Garage Sale section of the Friday and Saturday newspapers. You keep all your own money (except for 2 or 3 dollars that the board collects to help pay for the ad) and it is really a lot of fun.

(but the best buyers come very early so be prepared! )
